Manage and delete your Google data
Connecting Gmail or Google Calendar to Cymon is optional. This page explains how to see what is connected, disconnect it, and have the Google data Cymon holds deleted. The full policy is in our Privacy Policy.
See what Cymon holds
In Cymon, open Settings → Connections. It lists each Google connection you have made (Gmail and Google Calendar) and the Google account email it uses. To get a copy of the Google data Cymon holds about you, email privacy@cymon.ai. We respond within 30 days.
Disconnect Google
- In Cymon: go to Settings → Connections, choose Manage on Gmail or Google Calendar, then choose Disconnect.
- From Google: remove Cymon at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions. Cymon detects that the token no longer works and deletes the stored connection.
What is deleted when you disconnect in Cymon
Disconnecting revokes Cymon's access token with Google and deletes the stored connection and the Google-derived data:
- Call-prep and coaching trace steps
- Telemetry events
- AI request logs
- Vault entries
- User events
- Memory atoms
- User, company and prospect memory
If deletion does not finish right away
If revoking the token or deleting the data fails, Cymon tells you the disconnect is pending. The remaining data deletion finishes within 24 hours.
How long we keep it
- Google tokens and Google user data are kept only while connected.
- Other coaching output you created, such as transcripts and summaries, is kept while your account is active.
Delete your account
To remove your account and personal data, use Settings → Account in Cymon, or email privacy@cymon.ai. See the Privacy Policy for what we keep and for how long.
